Holding Light Elixir: works as a tonic – taken every day – to gently support the process of grief, by allowing time and space for heartache to be felt & processed fully.

Love Thyself Tincture: can be taken on an as needed basis for promoting self-love. A mix of Damiana and Rose support deep feelings of nurture & respect for oneself, while Lemon Balm & Lavender uplift our spirits.

Rose Water Face & Body Spray: For the promotion & protection of boundaries. This aromatic medicine allows us to both create and see the spaces where we need boundaries, both for ourselves & for others to follow. Spray on face, body, and as a room mist.

These tinctures were formulated by an herbalist. Paying careful attention to using high quality organic herbs that are tinctured at the right ratios for their specific needs, our tinctures are first made as simples (single plant extracts) and then blended to ensure the highest potency.
